ART GALLERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Priory Gallery Broadway Ltd, including visits to the physical premises, participation in exhibitions, and any purchases made. By engaging with the Gallery, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Admission and Conduct

Visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, artists, and other guests. The Gallery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

3. Artwork Display and Availability

All artworks are subject to availability. The Gallery reserves the right to withdraw or substitute artworks at any time without prior notice.

4. Sales and Payments

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to taxes.

Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery of artwork.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unless required by law, the Gallery does not accept returns or provide refunds once a sale is completed. Any exceptions are at the Gallery’s sole discretion.

6. Artist Representation

The Gallery acts as an agent on behalf of artists. Ownership of artwork transfers to the buyer only upon full payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, and content displayed remain the intellectual property of the artist or the Gallery. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Gallery is not responsible for:

*Loss or damage to personal belongings

*Injury sustained on the premises except where caused by negligence

*Visitors enter the Gallery at their own risk.

9.Shipping and Delivery

If the Gallery arranges shipping:

*Costs will be agreed upon at the time of purchase

*The Gallery is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Gallery’s Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

The Gallery reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
